In the MemClock Index Value set it to whatever MHz you need to, to get it around 200MHz and not higher. For example if you set your FSB to 220 and your set your memory to run at 166MHz it would actually be running at about 183MHz. 220 x .83 = 183MHz. If it was set to 180MHz then it would be 220 x .90 = 198MHz. A good way to find out if it is your memory that is causing issue is run MemTest86 at your stock settings and overclocked and see if you get errors in either scenerio. Change that HT Clock Multiplier to 4X too. Ideally you want that to be 1000MHz or lower and it is calculated using your FSB too. So for everything 201-250 use 4X, and 251-333 use 3X and so on.
