Tough One: No Display, Auto Starts on Power Plug-In

OK so here’s a brief history:

This is used as an HTPC/Media Server in a cabinet and with newly integrated heatink and higher flowing exhaust fans I've been able to keep it around 35C. The machine is comprised of:

AMD A8-3850 APU
Asrock A75-HVS
G-Skill Sniper 2x4gb
OCZ ModXstream 500W

Before it was turned off this evening when i returned from work the machine was on and functioning without flaw the last 3+ days. Today I decided to try and reduce heat/power consumption by undervoltaging the CPU. Before adding the new cooling components I had undervoltages my CPU about .1V.. I read an article where someone was able to undervolt .275V and tried it.

On restart i was able to get to the BIOs but the keyboard would not work, i opened up reset CMOS (Battery/Header Pins) and now i have no display. My system is also powering up as soon as the PSU power switch is switched on.

So far I've tried the following:

Reset CMOS with Battery removal as well as mobo header pins » NO CHANGE
Unplugged everything but bare essentials » NO CHANGE
Reseated the CPU, checked for bent pins (not sure how they would've before bent in the socket, but hey) » NO CHANGE
Checked for a short to the case » NO CHANGE
Unplugged everything but bare essentials » NO CHANGE
Used trusty compressed air on board » NO CHANGE

Anyone got any suggestions??? It'll be GREATLY appreciated. And no i have no GPUs laying around at the moment... Unfortunately.

Update:

I've eliminated the auto start when the PSU is switched on (O to I) without use of the power switch. Not real sure how... I tried resetting CMOS for the 20th time this time unplugging the VGA cable and viola... Strange... coincidence maybe..

Still no POST(no POST OK beep)/No display...
