[MP1ST] DICE Admits “Lots of Things Need Improvement” - Page 6

They have so much to work on, its not even funny. Let's forget all of the horrible game mechanics and UI issues for a second. I can't join a server about 80% of the time. On the rare occasion that I do actually get in, its even money as to whether I get kicked for PB, game disconnect, or something went wrong.

The thing is though that you don't even have to be looking directly at the sun. As long as the sun is on your screen, so to speak, it's impossible to see anything. I can't even count the times I've died just because I was distracted and/or couldn't see because of the sun in BF3. It's just so ridiculously bright it's slightly unreal. tongue.gif

maybe you made a mistake and used the m4a1 for those full auto shot you mentioned?

some of those events you describe might not be the game itself, but rather cheats. I have seen some strange things on PB enabled maps that I play every day from only certain players that come on once then you never see them again. The best was a player literately warping around and killing people. My best guess is they have no idea how bad this game has been exploited!

Right. The sun is way too bright. You pretty much have to have your back turned away from it for it to not blind the entire screen...

You can go walk outside in the middle of the day and look directly at the sun IRL and it isn't nearly as blinding as it is on BF3

Oddly I have the exact opposite issue, the RL sun is to bright when driving home from work. In-game sun is never even noticed =/

Dice is a great, community driven, developer. When you make state of the art games, problems arise (mostly by PEBKAC but I won't go there now). You can tell they care about their product by the sheer numbers of tweets they respond to. Give them time to fix all of "your" quirks. In the time being, I will go enjoy a nice round of trouble free BF3. thumb.gif

All respect lost, when you insult half the people here. Who no doubt played BF3 Decendents like BC2, BF2 and 2142 ect ect.

I don't care how many tweets the do. Game is too broken. All talk and no action.

Many have stability issues, glitches, gripes of Lighting (obnoxious sun and tact light) Horrid vanilla maps and the fact it screams CoD with vehicles.

Give them time? Won't do a thing.
