Hi I'm new here at overclock, so I was just coming to see if you can all help me with this.
O/S : Windows Vista Home Premium Edition
CPU : Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU E1200 @1.6GHz (2CPU) (ELITEGROUP Intel [i945G])
Bios : Phoenix - AwardBios V6.00PG
MainBoard Model# : 945GCT-M3
Mem/Ram : DDR2 Duel Channel 512mbx2 (1GB)
FSB : 800MHz
Graphics : Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family
CPU VCore : Idk.
Core Temp : It's been as low as 45Degree's Celsius, to 59Degree's Celsius.
Fan Speed has ranged from 1000RPM to 3000RPM, I don't know if that's normal.

I have no idea how to Over-Clock so any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone can find out how to over-clock this bio's for me then give me instructions how too that would be amazing!
If any more information about my Computer is needed, this is it in all its entirety.

That motherboard is not overclockable. It doesn't have the settings in the BIOS that you need to change.

You can look at programs that will overclock under windows, like SetFSB, but they are dangerous to use as they will force settings that may harm you motherboard, CPU and/or memory if you don't know what you're doing..

Maybe you could explain to me how to use them so I don't harm my system?

You have to "hurt" a few computers to get the knowledge you seek.
No one can "teach" you.

It's like learning to ride a bicycle,
People can tell you "Turn the way you are tipping.". but until you actually do it, and crash a few times you don't really understand what to do.

My favorite quote:
Overclocking is a slow and methodical process of failures, often accompanied by cold sweats in the dark of the night, then you succeed.
