Why does my PC alarm go off when running WEI?

So I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Here's the deal.

I've been overclocking my 975 BE and have it Prime stable for 30 mins at 4.2ghz. My Temps are fine with my 212 Evo. Around 50c full load.

So why when I run the Windows Assessment Tool I get a like 1 sec alarm beep from my case speaker. The assessment continues and finishes fine. No crash or anything. I get no beeps when running Prime95. My BIOS cpu warning temp is set to 80c so that's not it. I don't get the alarm when cpu is clocked at 4.1 or lower when running the assessment .

So what's going on? Any ideas why this is triggering my alarm?

Okay looked it up. Uninterruptible Power Supply. Don't have one. Its definitely coming from my case speaker.
