$750 Build for My Younger Brother

My younger brother wants a new PC. He's grabbing a paper route and in the next few months he'll have enough for a rig. The budget is going to be around 750 CAD. All of the parts will be from memory express as it is a local shop.

This is my idea so far and maybe I'll pitch in or he'll make some more.
- Needs to be a PC that will last a few years.
- It is his first custom build. All of his previous laptops kept overheating on him. He wants to be able to play BF3, TF2, Skyrim, and future games to come.
- Rig is going to be picked up in the next few months; so the rig is subject to change.

Things not required:
- CD Drive. This can be got later if needed.
- Windows. We'll be slabbing one of our 4-5 freakin copies of Win7 onto a USB and installing through there.
- Custom cooler for the CPU.

Notes:
- There is another HD6870 refurbished for 150 CAD.
- Rebates total to 30 CAD.
- Total rig cost will be closer to 1000 CAD.

Anyways, what are you guys' suggestions.

Oh, I forgot the HDD. But the rig also needs a monitor.

I don't know about the PSU and the 2500K is a bit overkill. I'm sure an i3-2100 is fair enough to max every game where the i5 is just for a bit of future proofing. 2500k will definitely meet the future demanding while being overclocked...but it isn't something he should be playing with yet doesn't really need it with Sandy Bridge.

Thanks for the suggestions. Definitely changing the rig up a bit.

Heres' an updated version:

Edit: is VRM cooling actually needed on a CPU that is not going to be overclocked?
