OH!!! I just posted a wanted thread... Super Micro has determined that my 4 CPUs were fried with my original motherboard (I had to RMA a 2nd time because the board I got back would not post - sent it to them and it works just fine with their CPUs - they tested my CPUs and none work in any of their boards)... so they are sending my board back today.

I was debating selling my whole setup since it has been down since May... but I think 4 new CPUs sounds tempting.

So there are 4 16 core IL ES's that are equivalents to 6276's on ebay right now.

I bid for two but have been outbid on one and am currently holding onto the bid for one of them. I'm pretty sure ES's like this can OC....they also will match with a 6276 in a dual or 4 socket setup

I wanted to tell you guys because there is 7 hours left...and they are still at dirt cheap prices. I would like these awesome CPU's to come to the OCN folding team in whatever way possible.

But, a folder (not on this team) has 4*IL ES@2.8GHz (1.2125V), 8101 TPF@13:30 and PPD@350k, so they're not worthless. Ive been meaning to ask him how much power they suck down...

The sheer fact that they are ES 16 cores clocked stock at 2.3GHz......combined with the fact that the bids are only up to ~$150 right now makes it worth it. I need an OCNer to jump on these fast
