You can wait for someone to reply man you dont need to bump a post withn 10 minutes of posting it. It improves stability and maybe more compatibility

Hello,

First, determine what it is you are specifically after. Then see if the various BIOS' will achieve your goal. If it does, try it. Just make sure that you have a copy of your current, working BIOS prior to re-flashing.

IMO, no need to fix it if it ain't broke or won't do what you want. Jeez, have I ever screwed myself up in the past doing stuff I didn't need - D'oh!

Agreed. There is no reason to update the BIOS unless you are expereincing problems with somethig specific, and the new BIOS specifically addresses that problem.

You will not instantly get a better overclock from a new BIOS either.
