The weather is looking pretty good for this and not so much homework to do, perhaps a good FaT.

The 3930k is running around 22k ppd with HT off. 40k if you include the GTX570.

You might want to figure out something to get that bottom rig to give you more PPD. I get 40K + off of my 2600K and 560Ti.

955 BE and 6850? Not going to squeeze much more than what it's already pushing out now.

Although maybe he's not running Advance clients?

Also I'm not quite shure he wants to fold on the 6850 for small potatoes PPD which my contribute to the low 9k PPD. I've got 5770 and when I folded on my card I got 500 ppd per client. So I was getting maybe 1500ppd a day from it. I get more from my 955 w/o it. An even more so now that I've figured out how to setup for Advanced. I've got a client in que that is gonna push out nearly 8k ppd with ~5hrs left on it. smile.gif

A 5770 with client v7 will put out 5k PPD, so a 6870 should be much better than that.

Finally stabilized my 980x 4.6Ghz OC with 24 hours of Prime95 and 25 runs of IBT. Tried a test run last night of running 2 of my GPU's with advmethods and SMP 12 with bigadv and after 4 hours my computer froze. mad.gif I guess something isn't stable when I'm folding...

So I'll just be running my 2700k for this one until I figure out what is going on with my 980x 3-way SLI rig. Was really hoping to see if I could pull in 300k over the next 2 days. mad.gif

Not really. My GTS450 cranks out more than a 5770 or 6870 from the numbers I have seen.

And yet my 5770 never put out more than 500ppd per client and there is no way I'd get 5k ppd. Maybe if that's the only thing in my system that is folding, but not if my CPU is taking on the bulk of the work. wink.gif
