I have a GSM nexus using akop build 28 and latest francokernel nightly. Great phone. Its quick, reliable and adds great features that complement ICS.

If you have no plans on rooting or Rom'ing then the Nexus is the only Android device remotely worth it; except for if you're going to be away from a charge for a very long time. The only reason I'd get another Android phone was if I needed 2 days of battery life, then I'd get the RAZR Maxx

Nexus does well with battery for what it is. Disable 4G and it'll have killer battery life.

I disagree. Don't use the screen and it'll have killer battery life. My biggest drain by far is the screen.

The Nexus is a heck of a phone and what I voted for but still love my HTC Rezound!thumb.gif

Thread Starter
Just picked me up a Nexus Galaxy.

... so far I'm liking the upgrade.

I also went with the extended battery

we'll see how long I can keep from root/roming it ...
