SSD question

Thread Starter
Hello, today I will be buying a 128GB M4 SSD and I have a question about my OS. When I installed my OS on my HDD I put it on a separate partition. Can I just install windows on my SSD and then format the partition that my OS is on on my HDD and still be able to access the other files on my HDD or do I have to clone my OS onto my SSD and then format the old OS partition.

If the latter is the case can someone link me to instruction of how to clone. Thanks
My System

yes, you can delete the partition using disk management in computing management, and format it to ntfs so you can use it's space. keep in mind when you reinstall windows onto the ssd you will need to reinstall all of your programs.
