COOLMAX CUG-700B any good?

I found this PSU for $40 used, it might be my only option. I was wondering if it is any good. On new egg it says
"Highly Efficient Providing up to 84% power efficiency, the CoolMax CUG-700B power supply saves energy and may even reduce your electric bill! "

I was concerned about it not having a the 80plus sticker and the rails. My PSU had 4 rails 18a

The coolmax has 3 12v rails,16a 17a and 25a. I am concerned because it only has 2 6pin power connectors and I need 4, so I will have to use 4 molex connectors and 2 6pin connector's.

My other power supply died when I added a IDE hard drive to the molex connector's I will have a 500gb drive and 7 fans connected to the molex wires.

It's a poor unit, don't buy that.

What setup do you need to power with this PSU?(you mentioned 4x PCIe connectors)
