Are you going with an SLI board because you intend to get a second 7900GT? If so you do know that you can get the P5W DH (a superior overclocker to the model you suggested) and run SLI with modded drivers. Thats what I'm currently doing and it works perfectly. Also, rumour has it that Nvidia is going to issue SLI WHQL drivers for Intel chipsets in the near future (as you can already do it by modding existing drivers). Given the new partnership between AMD and ATI, it makes sense for Nvidia and Intel to move closer together.

I think the ASUS boards have proven to have a slight edge on the others overclocking-wise, but for ~80 dollars difference is it worth it? To me it was, temps are only thing holding me back now, and I am at 50% overclock. ~1 grand for the system, why not throw in the extra 80 for
