Okay, in the past 30 minutes, I've taken the GPU from 500MHz to 576Mhz but raised the voltage from 1.075v to 1.225v. With 50% fan speed I only hit 65 celsius with the 3d view in ATI Tool. What I want to know is how safe raising the volts to the core is, I've almost hit the 20% OC, just want to know how safe it is to raise VGPU and VMEM voltages. Also whenever I raise the core but there isnt enough power, video freezes, but a reboot fixes it, I just want to know how safe that is as well. P.S. all done on stock cooling

Edit: I finally hit 625 MHz on the GPU! That's a 25% OC on stock cooling, although I did edit the fan settings, the fan isn't whisper silent but it isn't on hair dryer... yet. Time for memory OC. Anyone feel like helping me? How much further should this be pushed?
