Can always use the other routers as range extenders....

Try flashing back to the original firmware then see how it goes.

I have this router on my secondary internet line that is shared with my room mates and am WBR2310 on my main connection.

I'm running off a Motorola cable internet modem on both connections. From my testing, trying to torrent off the 615 resulted in a very hot router and wireless connectivity issues for my room mates and their laptop, since switching to the 2310 on my main line which is now used for torrenting, I have not had any issues at all. The 615 is now used for internet browsing, internet radio, and Netflix only, while all downloading and torrenting is handled by my 2310. Since making the switch, I have not had any issues with the 615.

Case and point:
The 615 is a great wireless router, but it doesn't like a ton of connections like when you are torrenting.

So assuming it's just a heat issue then.

I still have the older B2 revision and it's Rocksolid. May not have the IPv6 or DD-WRT but it works great.
