Just an update. I received a new PSU and the computer booted right up as if nothing ever was wrong. biggrin.gif I did notice that all my problems prior are all solved. Those problems included random BSDs, RAM wouldn't run in Dual Channel, and I had to reformat my computer twice due to corruptions and my raid 0 got corrupted. Since the new PSU is installed, everything is working great. Now I can truly enjoy the i7-2700k I purchased during Christmas. Also, I couldn't OC this 2700k prior, now I easily got to 4.8GHz and soon higher when I have more time to test stability.

Thanks for all your help guys and just as a recommendation, I bought the Corsair HX650 PSU. So far its great. It's super quiet and seems to handle all the needs of my system with no problem. thumb.gif
