So long as temps are monitored and kept within limit then the clocks doesn't matter. My E6400 runs at 3.2 ghz 24/7 for 5 years (from stock 2.13 ghz) with no ill effects.
At least members here will take care of their pcs and thier airflows are generally MUCH better than a OEM dell/hp which somone might have bought a gpu after their system and it run at 20-30 cel hotter due tot he crappy airflow.

just if you buy from a forum, go with someone who has good seller feedback, and or a good reputation period.
I am not a fan of people buying used from ebay or whatever... but this forum... pretty safe you'll get good hardware.
we just like to upgrade alot, not because we have something go wrong with our cards.
