Should my monitor be u2312hm or u2311h?
Which of them is best for gaming and movies?
The difference on input lag response time between them will be noticeable while gaming?

I'd go for the 2312 myself, as its LED backlit, and if I remember right, its got less input lag than the 2311. They're both solid monitors and the input lag will likely not be noticeable at all anyway. But the 2312 I think is the better monitor.
