They're extremely quiet and still move enough air for low FPI rads, plus they have a textured finish that is easy to remove dust from which I like a lot.

Red LEDS are a HUGE plus.

I have Rosewills, and have tried out Yate Mediums.

They seem to be the best balance for me, between quiet and noisy but moves quite a bit of air.

For me, at least.

Haha, I like LED fans as well, but some hate them. I've tried a huge variety of fans (I have probably 30 different makes and models in my closet, no kidding) trying to find one that I like. I'm way past not caring about noise and 2000rpm fans, I hate it these days. I settled on the spectres after reading the very few reviews available and I couldn't be happier. They look very similar to the coolermaster R4/sickleflows I used but don't make annoying ticking noises when mounted horizontally and are quieter in general.

These are what I have but in green: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=36_69&products_id=30938

And here is how they look installed:

I have 3 of these, and they are incredibly noisy. I don't know how they can name them "silence". I was really disappointed too, because they look great. Whats even more funny is side by side with the faster magma its based on, the magma is quieter.

Believe me I know, thats how I ended up with this mess (note the TB silence up by the top, collecting dust):
