New PC Case suggestions.

Thread Starter
Need case suggestions because I can't decide. I'll probably get the HAF-X, just looking for a cheaper solution. I would get the Phantom but its lack of a window annoys me. I would get the Phantom if I could find the window for sale in the UK. So suggest full size cases, preferably with a window, below 140 pounds. Not hugely important but would like a 2.5" drive bay (for a SATA III sad).

I would recommend the Haf X too, worth the price.

OP: what part of the world do you live in?

Asking as this may change what we recommend because either or of availability and pricing.

The mid-tower version of the phantom with a window: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-038-NX&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=35

Dependent on what you mean by a full size case this sounds like what you mean: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-010-XG&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=1572 Its Huge.

Maybe a,

650D: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-036-CS&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=1489

Maybe some more info on what exactly you are wanting would help people to give you suggestions so I just listed some good cases for the price.

I live in the UK. Does anyone know why components are so much cheaper in the US

Maybe it's all the visable and hidden taxes on items sold outside of North America.

UK has a VAT tax that I know of.

I just helped someone from Asia today and it's terrible there as well.

If I lived in the US I could get the same PC for nearly half the price. It's like people don't bother to convert currency. Everything is nearly the same price. A HAF-X is $150 and a HAF-X here is £150.

UK£ 150 = 236.83500 U.S. dollars

You work it out

Decided to go with the Phantom. Thinking about making everything orange and black (to match the orange black Phantom), if I can't get all the components to be orange or black should I just go with the standard black one and make everything blue inside?
