Newegg rebates?

I know this is posted in the wrong place, it just the highest populated section of the forum. Fell free to move it to the right place.

I am looking at this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153136

It says "69.99 after mail-in rebate card" witch would mean I would only have to pay $20 for the power supply. (is that right?)
Then when you click on it, it says "Receive a $20 prepaid card by mail from Thermaltake! Expires on 2/15/2012"

So witch is it? A 69.99 rebate or a $20 gift card?

69.99-89.99=$20 that does not seem right, only $20 for power supply?

It's $69 after you get the rebate.

You have to pay $89.99+Tax then "Receive a $20 prepaid card by mail from Thermaltake! Expires on 2/15/2012" which means you will end up paying $69.99+tax. Hence, "$69.99 AFTER mail-in rebate card".
