Oh, I hear the M2N32SLI doesnt like the DDR2 8500 stuff, so I think I would stay away from those.

If you can get a hold of these. They are the fastest DDR2 modules on the market at this time.

Oddly enough, some of the best DDR2 are using Micron or Samsung ICs.

I am with Judge on the 6400C4 Corsair's. Good RAM for a reasonable price.

PS: Pink - I don't think that's the fastest RAM on the market right now... you havent seen the G.Skill DDR2 1066 with timings of 4-4-4-5? Ok, just a mere $500 if they ever get back in stock again Plus, there is this totally sick CORSAIR Dominator 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 1111 (PC2 8888) with timings of 4-4-4-12 for just $610 . I'd say both of those are faster than what you linked (although a heap more expensive).

From a price/performance point of view, the Corsair 6400C4 will work very nicely.

Do look at the GeIL offerings they have some good kit out there... I am currently testing those particular GeIL C3 and from what I see they are good currently @ 430 3-3-3-8 2.45v, these modules as with others who are running the D9 chips need a good supply of vDimm.

The other GeIL to look at will be their PC2 8500 while rated at 5-5-5-15 can do easily 1080 4-4-4-5, again at fairly low vDimm.. and if you can supply more then these will go further.....
