You talked about wanting Zowie to replace their sensor with the G400s, but I would like the clarify that the 3060-3090 + custom variants are technically the same on a hardware level.

The differences of tracking speeds relate to specific firmware and minor hardware such as the MCU (Controller) , Lens, and LED intensity.

another great review.

however, i've had two g400 with prediction, and neither of them had any problems with the scroll wheel...

^ The G400's encoder is pretty subjective.

You'll either love or hate it, but I suspect they changed something internally as the prediction free version felt looser than my original G400. In fact, the whole mouse felt cheaper for w/e reason.

Damn, I might wanna get a G400 at some point, even if it's only to see how it performs.

Also, it's cheap, so... Might get one soon.
