So everytime someone ends a Skype call, or calls me, my sound gets nearly muted for in game on league of legends. Is there a way to fix this in Skype settings or something?

Well, it's an easy fix, but even after disabling what does that in Skype, it still does it anyway. To fix this issue easily though, after it happens, simply right click your speak icon and go to "volume mixer". Once in that, simply readjust all of your sounds to your liking. It usually doesn't mute everything, only what is actually playing sound at the time you receive that call, so maybe your browser or a game.

I fixed it! I did it a different way, i went into control panel and clicked "Hardware and Sound", then I clicked "Sound" and then "Communications". I selected "do nothing" when windows detects other communications activity, when it was set to "reduce the volume by 80%".
