Little help tweaking my Overclock please? VCCIO issues.

Thread Starter
I’m currently working on my 24/7 OC. I was aiming for 4.8Ghz. I have been running it at 4.8ghz for 3 days before tweaking my OC and only had one 124 idle BSOD. This included encoding, benching and gaming so I was fairly confident it was stable.
First up I did a standard setting x20 runs of intel burn which it passed no problem. I then went for Maximum (7200mb ram in windows). It failed on the second or third test repeatedly with ether 101 or 124 BSODs. I tweaked VCCIO and VCCPLL and was still getting errors. Eventually I had to up V-Core and VCCIO and lower VCCPLL as per the settings below and it can now pass 20 runs on max. I don’t really want to do much more than this as I think it puts the CPU under more stress that it is ever going to receive in real world terms. Or would people strongly suggest going for 30+ runs?
What I’m worried about is the VCCIO at 1.31v is this too high for 24/7?

8GB 1600 @ 1.65 (Rated at 1.65v but will try lower)
CPU Current Capability - 140%
Phase Duty Control - Extreme
C1/E - On (All other C states off)
Spread Spectrum - ON
VCore – Auto
Offset – 0.025v
(Load between 1.38 and 1.39v in windows)
LLC- One below maximum
VCCIO 1.31v
VCCPLL 1.65

Temps
My room was pretty hot yesterday and after repeated runs on Maximum intel burn highest temp was 69C. Day to day max temp is usually no higher than 52C. So i'm guessing my temps are pretty good.

On a side note Asus AI suite Auto Tune ins INSANE!! It pumped my OC to 5.1ghz with a 1.52Vcore in windows and was still going!! I stopped the test but was quite happy that the chip could reach this frequency.
Do all 2500k’s get this high but it’s getting stable at safe voltages this issue?

So basically my questions are:
>Is my Windows Load VCore of 1.38/1.39 a little high for 4.8Ghz and safe for 24/7?
>Is 1.31v VCCIO too high for 24/7 combined with 1.65v rated RAM?
>Any tips to lower my voltages?

With settings as they are now to reach 4.8ghz does 5ghz look unlikely?

Thanks very much for any help given!

Im going to say 1.3 (VCCIO) is pretty freaking high. Intel states no more than 1.08 while the Overclock community suggests no more than 1.2.

as far as IBT goes I run for no more than 10 passes on standard and maximum then move to prime 95 for 12+ hours. IBT stresses the hell out of your cpu. running 20 tests is a bit overkill if you ask me.

Yeah just been reading up on this after posting.

Seems the overclock frequency is stable its the memory controller that isn't. Wondering if I should start fresh from stock or even try a lower frequency VCCIO since having a VCCPLL of 1.7 made me unstable where as 1.65 was fine?
