You usually get reps from quality posts, like helping people.

nope, but having 35 rep means that you've spent some time here and posted something useful instead of just trolling around. Adds a bit of safety.

I don't really need any of the z68 features since I got an i5 2550k

The ASUS P8P67 WS REVOLUTION is a good board with true x16 PCIE slots and is the only reason I got it and quit using the
ASRock P67 Extreme6. Wanted true dual x16 lanes for my dual GTX480's. But to be honest the scores for video benchmarks weren't that much better.

The ASRock Extreme6 is a very good motherboard as well, some of my best overclocks with this 2600K was did with that board.

I'm sure you will like the WS Rev.

Edit: almost forgot what I wanted to say. Looks like I will not be getting the 2550K after all.
I decided to get a EVGA SR2 instead. lol ;-) Should be here Monday with any luck.. smile.gif

Im not going to quote what I already said lol, I understand the reasoning behind it I just think it's the wrong metric. It's ok though I posted them on another site to sell smile.gif

Its not that bad to build up rep. It seems to give other members peace of mind or something. You know so someone with like 5 posts and all of them are marketplace for sale or trade posts people will think if you put the effort in to the community to get the rep you would be less likely to sell a bunch of duds and rip people off then just disappear. Sadly, stuff like this is necessary.

I mostly just post in threads I know stuff about and it didn't really take that long to grab 8 reps... hopefully it doesn't take too long to finish out enough reps to be able to use the marketplace here for me... My closet if about 1/2 full with pc stuff placed back in their boxes and ready to go to someone who could better use them. thumb.gif

lol, yeah. nothin at all like evga's forums where it takes 50 POSTS to sell things. but hell, you cant even see what's for sale without the 50 post limit. i think thats some seriously bad thinking.
