1440p vs 1600p - Page 2

Thread Starter
I will be getting a high end GPU for my build so I will be able to push the resolution of either. Thanks for the input everyone! If you guys have more to add please do but right now I may be leaning towards 1440p but only because of the budget. Does the U3011 offer anything more over the U2711 besides the higher res?

Anything else? 1600p.

Movies/TV are better in 16:9. Many people still think gaming is better in 16:10, along with web browsing, reading documents, and pretty much anything else.

Also, the u2711 is 1ms faster, but that probably isn't enough to make a difference. I'm not seeing any other differences reading specs.
