Amazon Motherboard experience ?

Hi. Anyone have some experience with buying motherboards from amazon . Do they offer support?

Well when I was brand new to computers, I managed to over tighten my cpu cooler and bend some pins. Sent it back as defective because I honestly didn't know what a pin was at the time. They took it back no questions asked. I try to buy from Amazon first if possible.

They have easy and quick returns, but don't really offer technical support. You could just go straight to the manufacturer for that, though. Or post here.

Yeah Amazon has an amazing return policy. Typically 30 days. Whether its opened or not, but around the holidays I believe you get longer to return. IE. I bought two 6970s in November, one crapped out in January, and both were still covered until the 30th of January.

Best return policy ever. Don't bother with RMA'ing if you can have Amazon replace or refund your money.

Forgot to add, if you need a replacement they will overnight you a new board without charging your card and will give you a month to get the old board back to them before they charge you.

Amazing customer service. Call them right up if you have any problems with the mobo. Theyll send u another 1 day shipping then u send the broken one back with paid shipping from them. Just too ez.
