Power Options in win7

hey guys just wondering if it has any impact on instability or not, im currently on Balance, there is power save, and high performance. Does any of these make a diff while overclocking?

i dont think it does anything... it does on my laptop, not my desktop. I just leave it on high performace on my desktop though.
