Stock fans or...?

Edit: If so, from the Corsair site
.

Fan speed: 1300 - 2600RPM

On stock fans I get about 2200 as well though. Personally though, I swapped them out for 2000 leds

Like I said, they're supposed to be 1300-2600 RPM according to Corsair though I rarely went over 2200 with mine on max

Then my CPU fan header that my pump is plugged into is screwed up or something. My pump can run between 3k RPM and 54k RPM according to HWMonitor

Edit: Corsair lists everything but the pump speed thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif
