Looking for a Half-Decent and Half-Priced laptop.

Hello!

My name is Pebbz, and I am here looking for a Gaming Laptop! Now this may seem a little misunderstanding, as there is barely any laptop that can be used to 'Game', but if you knew what I was running on currently, you would understand that almost any laptop aces my computer. So pretty much I want a laptop that beats my current specs, but is around 200-300 dollars. If that is possible. +Rep for any good suggestions posted.

Current Specs(Desktop):
Asus P5NSLI Motherboard
nVidia GeForce 9400 GT
500gb Hard Drive
2.00gb Memory
Intel Pentium D 3.00ghz (34bit)
'

Ideal Specs:
N/A
N/A
300gb+ Hard Drive
4.00gb+ Memory
Dual Core Processor (64bit)

If this is possible, I would highly appreciate it.

Now before you guys say, it will still lag... I am not having expectations of running games on max, all I care about is running the d*** game smoothly, which I am almost positive the Ideal Spec would do so (Depending on Graphics Card, dunno how good/bad they are in laptops). So if you could try, I would highly appreciate it.

+Rep for all legit suggestions!

I'll say for the price you probably wouldn't be able to get anything amazing.
Something equivalent to your 9400GT would be approx a GT 540M in performance. (But that is out of your budget)

In respect to your price range these are probably one of the cheapest laptops.
Dual Core, 4GB of Memory, 15.6 to 17.3 screen, 320GB hard drive, and a AMD 6480G

Thats what your looking for.

I'd say upgrade that 9400GT to maybe a GTS 450/GTX550, and get a Core 2 Duo/Quad.
That would the best upgrade plan atm and would give you a huge performance leap in Gaming.

Heres a link to a decently priced card with a free game smile.gif
