Dosn't OCZ toolsbox have a built in Secure erase option? If so put the drive in another system and use that.

The problem is, I do not have another desktop computer at home, just laptops.

what about going to a friends house, the library, etc? maybe you have a USB 2.5" drive adapter so you dont have to rip open a computer in public wink.gif

Those chances are remote, all my close friends use a laptop. frown.gif

What would happen if I click to Erase the SSD within OCZ Toolbox at this same computer? Would it work? lachen.gif

probably error saying that it can't format the system drive, i wouldn't know though doh.gif
