i7 920 DO (unknown batch) @ 4,4 ghz OCCT and Prime Rockstable 72°C max coretemp 81° max Prime

HT OFF (of course...)
2 x GTX 580 SLI

Thermaltake level 10GT case
24 GB (ouch...) RAM corsair vengeance in 6x4 at stock timings and voltage 9-9-9-24 2 T 1.5V

101 PCI frequency
1,43 vCore
1.9 cpupll
1.4 QPIVTT

all voltages on auto
Everything's perfect but as soon as I'm gaming, I got instant freezes. Not even BSOD, but freezes and manual reboots are necessary.
Obviously it may lack QPIVTT, as I tried to:
loosen ram timings NO GO, increase ram voltage NO GO, increase PCIE frequency NO GO, increase IOH NOGO....
How far can I go on QPI ? I tried 1.41 and 1.42, lasts longer on games but still no go.
To be precise, @206 BCLK (1,39 vcore, 1.39 QPI) all is perfect, @208 BCLK (1.41 vcore, 1,39 QPI) still, but as soon I reach 210 BCLK (1.43 vcore 1.4 QPI) I got these freezes.
Thanx for repliying, it(s a pity I can't make it stable as CPU stability and temps are not a problem....
