I had all of the following happen to me while planning and ordering my case.
1. I had questions. Jim responded to them quickly.
2. I asked if a little custom work could be done for me. Jim said "can do" and they did it exactly as I asked.
3. I asked for a price quote on this work. Jim responded quickly with a more than fair price.
4. When I placed my order I forgot two brackets. Contacted CASE LABS to ask if they could be included with my shipment. They said "can do" and they did.
5. My case arrived extremely well packed with zero shipping damage.
6. My case is not exactly as I expected, it's better. Fit and finish are simply outstanding. Zero flaws and I mean none.
If I was to rate CASE LABS on a scale of 1 to 10 I could not possibly give them more than a 12.
WARNING! These day's one almost never encounters this level of quality and service. If you decide to do business with these people be prepared to have your expectation's exceeded.

So, this one gets people's attention and then they learn that CaseLabs is FANTASTIC and worth the extra $$. I can't afford one myself at the moment but in the future, if my wife will ever let me touch the tax returns, they will be tops on my list...LOL
