2. I asked if a little custom work could be done for me. Jim said "can do" and they did it exactly as I asked.
3. I asked for a price quote on this work. Jim responded quickly with a more than fair price.
4. When I placed my order I forgot two brackets. Contacted CASE LABS to ask if they could be included with my shipment. They said "can do" and they did.
5. My case arrived extremely well packed with zero shipping damage.
6. My case is not exactly as I expected, it's better. Fit and finish are simply outstanding. Zero flaws and I mean none.
If I was to rate CASE LABS on a scale of 1 to 10 I could not possibly give them more than a 12.
WARNING! These day's one almost never encounters this level of quality and service. If you decide to do business with these people be prepared to have your expectation's exceeded.

I recently purchased a SM8 and sadly I got exactly the same level of service from Kevin:smile.gif Had you going there I hope, but seriously, I could not agree more with the OP.
Caselabs excel !!!!

Do the clips relax in tension after a few days of use? Mine are really tight, feel like I might bend the door releasing it. Also, I mounted the rubber feet in the wrong position so they are flush with the door, because it just looks cool, but some rubbing with the door. smile.gif That's what customizing is all about right? Doing it your way.

Wake up in the morning and walk into the office, the sun shining in on the M8 and I just stare in amazement, still not use to it. smile.gif

Had a low frequency hum coming from the video card, would go away when stopping the gpu fan. Completely went away by remounting the motherboard tray backplate. biggrin.gif

The clips can be pretty stiff at first. You can use a small screwdriver and gently twist them apart (just a tiny bit) to lessen the pressure. Thanks! biggrin.gif

Same experience as the orignal op when I was ordering my th10 and base the response to my emails was. Quick and very understanding. Just wasn't expecting to be delivered this soon here in the UK. Walked into work and 2 huge boxes were waiting for me. Not sure how I can drag them home, won't fit in the car lol
