best cheapest LGA 775 mobo

well my msi neo2-fr just crapped out on me... it will only run the computer for 60-90 seconds and then shuts off and reboots to nothing with all fans on mobo running 100% with no power to the dvd drive etc... i thought either the power supply which is an OCZ 700 watt extreme power supply, or the mobo... i called msi and they said it sounds like the mobo... so i need a cheap good gaming mobo that will run a core 2 duo e4300... if i can run another socket other than 775 mobo that might make it easier and cheaper.. i dunoo, shome help would be great... thanks

in my experience a 90 sec reboot to noting was a problem with cooler for CPU that wasint well seated and got hot after 90 sec and reboted pc to nothing.

a dead mobo would usualy just give a flashing square

well i've taken off the cpu heatsink.. even cleaned up and re applied arctic silver. also i use a metal back plate on the mother board and screw the heatsink into the back plate... so yea reseated and cleaned up cpu and still same problem... just out of nowhere the computer started randomly shutting off... first it was like 5 minutes and the time between where the computer completely shuts off has went done to about 90 seconds...but it reboots itself with the fans attached to it running 100% high speed even the video card... but it cuts off power to my dvd drive and maybe my hard drives but i know the dvd drive because there is no light and it wont open or shut... and the motherboard goes from green light led's to red light led's...

ohh the RLOD ok .
cheap good 775 are starting to be rare.

for a ddr2 msi http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130234

or with a ddr3 755 since ddr3 is cheap.

i would go a low end 1155 set up since 775 is olmost all gone.

unless you got one of the high end 775 chips i would go to 1155

those are micro mobos you posted ... its going into a full tower case... also i dont think i want msi ever again... this msi neo2 fr is the worst motherboard i've ever owned, i dontknow if there newer boards are this bad but the constant reboots is pretty annoying... and the push button cmos reset doesnt even work, i hate this msi neo2 fr...
