Ok well here's the thing about monitors that 90 percent of people always overlook. The 1st crt i bought was a 19 inch... it cost 2000 dollars and had a 120hz refresh. Nobody i knew had a hardware refresh higher than 85hz. Night and day let me tell you. This was 10 years ago.

Recently i bought the lg 1970hr 2000:1 ratio and let me tell you... it's worth every penny. Why screw urself for 100 bux here or there when you can get the best possible. I expect to get at least 4 years out of this monitor. Contrast ratio and speed is EVERYTHING in gaming. You'll not be dissapointed that you bought his monitor mate. Trust me.

well, I bought the same thing has you in november 2006...

i'm a little disapointed with the monitor, the screen plastic has some bubbles on it and more it goes, more I get dead pixels...
