Conclusion
Is it worth it? It is. Considering that the cheapest DDR3-2133 dual channel kit cost $70 minimum, you can grab this Samsung kit (which cost no more than $50) and overclock it to achieve similar timing and speed. If you are using only two sticks you should not have a problem to beat my timing. If you are a Bulldozer user that is more reason to buy this kit, as Bulldozer benefits from RAM overclocking. In my opinion this is RAM kit has the best performance to price ratio. Of course if you want good looking RAM this is not the kit you should be looking at.

Yeah they have a thing on these over at XS and they where able to get up to 2400mhz on there x79 platforms. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?277635-Ultra-low-profile-1.35v-30nm-DDR3-capable-of-2400MHz.-Perfect-for-SFF-builds.

EdIT: apparently someone got 2500mhz on the last page!!

Too bad SB only supports up to 2133, so I wasn't able to test beyond it.

We can't debate on that. G.Skill just recently drop its price last night. ... $65 original + tax would still add up to $70+

Doesn't NewEgg.com only charge tax in California? And you can't forget the Muskin Redline 2133 for $55 after MIR at NCIX. But my point is, $70 is a little high, considering the Samsung memory was also on sale. So it's only fair to compare it to other memory on sale.
