Very nice set up.

Two things I would do some further research on:
CPU Cooler: I like the CNPS9500 myself; it works great for me on my E6600, but many others don't like it. Try if you can find any of these coolers in Australia: These are basically the top coolers out there.

Also, I am not too excited about that PSU. It's good, but there is better. Here are two suggestions:
Non-modular: OCZ GameXStream
Modular: ENERMAX Liberty ELT620AWT ATX12V 620W

These are minor issues... it's a well thought out rig.

Overclocking wise... I'd say about 3.5-3.6GHz on air for that CPU. I got mine up to 3.51GHz (FSB=390, multi=9) and you have a better overclocking board in that list than I have. Temps will probably limit you to around 3.6GHz.

any idea what temps i would be lookign at with the 9500led

I was looking at a hair over 60C at 3.51GHz. So look around the same (I do have the same cooler and the same CPU, so temps should be close to the same). Those temps are measured with Core Temp, thus directly on the core. The limit is 85C when measured that way, but I'd recommend to stay a lot lower than that. Anything below 65C should be fine.

I am now running a daily overclock of 3.4GHz with temps of 57C or so.

3.4 is easy. 3.5 cost me a bit more work, but that's because of the limitations of my motherboard.
