This is straight from ASRock Support in a Reply to Fix AMD FX CPU Throttling Under Load.
This bios does work, I am currently using it, has made my AMD FX 8120 more stable.

- Note -
Restore UEFI Defaults and reboot before flashing, this will set current settings as default.

There are 2 methods for updating the BIOS using Instant Flash.
Method 1:
Save the BIOS files on a device such as USB disk (FAT32 format), hard disk (FAT32 format) and floppy drive.
