Watercooling, when i start linx temps almost immediately go 30C up, whats wrong?

Shouldnt it take a bit longer? Isn't water cooling supposed to take idle/ load temps closer? On a sidenote my temps with a 700USD kit are worse than my 70USD heatsink, also louder due to the 120mm fans.

This review of a Rasa RS360 KIT http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/cases_cooling/xspc_rasa_750_rs360_watercooling_kit_review/1

Has the setup 25C lower than my setup, so something clearly is wrong here. WITH A THINNER RAD

Temps don't seem to change with fans off to full

The shift from idle to load temps should be near instant. You'll see a large jump, then smaller, gradual increase, then temps will level off.

You'll need to provide more details about your cooling.

I already made another thread and i feel like abusing, but i'm so immensely disappointed here it goes again.

I have a RX360 + Koolance RP452X2 with a D5 + Raystorm + 3 CM Sickleflow. The Pump is whisper quiet and not vibrating much, as im suspecting its not working right. I have white tubes so i can't check for large bubbles. Couple tubes are kinda vibrating, other are less.

I got 75C Load with my archon and im getting 80C with this setup.

i7 is 4Ghz and 1.25V

Fans are 70CFM i guess, and weird part is turning them off won't get much worse.

Its weird since some people say they get 50-60C in temps and others says my temps are fine, i think that's the worst part, having dubious information.

Try shaking the computer and lightly banging on the side. the bubbles will free up and get out. Youtube it, there will be a few vids there.

Those fans are terrible for radiators. They don't have enough pressure to force airflow through the radiator, so the water isn't being effectively cooled, hence the high temperatures.

lt might be a bad connection between the CPU surface and the block. Redo the seating after cleaning all the old thermal paste and re-doing it. Worth a try. Just seems like poor thermal dissipation due to bad contact.

Dont use sickleflows on thin radiators such as the RS. The cfm is not relevant, what is relevant when looking for fans for a radiator is the pressure they create.

Yate loons, Gentle typhoons etc. dont go with with fan with just high cfm. Will suffer on such a thin radiator.

EDIT: Just seen its an RX not an RS, its 3:30am here. I need some sleep...
