Super tight budget upgrade: GT 240 or HD 6570?

Just playing Minecraft on an old machine that's getting a face lift, need to get off the integrated graphics.

The two main contenders are:

EVGA Superclocked GT 240 (512mb 128bit GDDR5 version) - $45

Asus HD 6570 (standard, 1GB 128bit DDR3) - $52 after rebate

the less preferred option is a Galaxy GT 430 (1GB 128bit DDR3) - $30 after rebate (but Galaxy rebates are questionable so perhaps $60)

I vote 6570, but I think any would be fine.

Different case for me at my local store

EVGA GT240 512mb DDR5 $49.88
Sapphire HD 6570 1GB DDR3 Ultimate (silent no fan) $69.88

Bought the EVGA since I am on super tight budget and according to some review website the GT240 with DDR5 is not much slower than the HD6570 with DDR3, maybe 10% slower.

Forget the GT430, it is much slower than either 6570 or 240
