On a more serious note, this was exactly what I was thinking too. I mean the "GHz edition" gives it away lol. First reference GPU with a 1GHz clock is exactly the kind of thing you score at with the uneducated consumers. It would have made sense with the 7970 though, would give it better numbers in the reviews too even if it's 75MHz.
Selling this card at best buy for a person who wants to play SWTOR or WOW on their pre-built HP or Dell is a good deal because it will run cooler and draw less power. They won't know the card is practically a lightly OC'ed 5770.... a 2 1/2 year old card. (Smaller die and a few tweaks aside)
IBUYPOWER can clap this in a FX4100 build and charge more, with a weaker PSU and most consumers will assume its a good deal.
