One of the screws to my Deathadder is stripped. How would I go about opening it up :/

I think your best bet would be some kind of a stripped screw removal tool. I took mine apart recently, I know the screws are sunk in pretty deep and hard to get to.

Or you could just drill the head off.

That probably sounds like a good a idea. However, it starting functioning properly after I sprayed some compressed air inside. Just to defend my honor, I traded for this mouse and it had preexisting stripped screws. Hopefully I know better than to "screw" things up like that.
