CPU : Phenom II X6 1055T
Motherboard : GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 for sure
mainly because
  1. its 8+2 Phases cooling
  2. x16/16x CF/SLi thumb.gif
at what price are u getting it ???
G.skill 4GB RipJawX 1600mhz for sure it only 400 buck more then the Corsair value pack thumb.gif
Sapphire 6770 and 5770 are the same there is no difference between them in fact the 5770 is more costlier tongue.gif

CPU : Phenom II X6 1055T (cheap and very effective)

Motherboard : GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 (cheap and good for OC'n)

Like Tarun said thumb.gif

Plus I have them as well and they are pretty bloody great biggrin.gif

The 1600Mhz G.Skill is the way, will allow for an easier OC biggrin.gif

Difference between the cards is only mainly in the HDMI connection 5770 has 1.3 and 6770 has 1.4 So your choice wink.gif

IMO look for a better GPU

But FX is the new series right?? And its good for multithreaded apps like 3D surface rendering or video encoding/decoding. Actually I'm suggesting to one of my friend. He play games. But may require to use heavy mechanical kinda software's in future(Yeah. He's going to become Mechanical Engineer).
Also I heard bad comments about gigabyte nobo's that they don't support higher power dissipation. Some heatsinks on mosfet are absent or like that??rolleyes.gif
Confusion!

No there is nothing worng with Gigabyte motherboard pls
and you can see for your self the difference between the FX 6100 and a X6 1055T700

Compare AMD FX-6100 vs. processors with Similar Performance
to get more info click here
though rhe 6100 a newer technology but it performance is not as much as the Phenom II X6 for some reasons redface.gif

I reccomend getting a used Phenom2 X4 or even an FX4100. No point in spending a whole bunch on x6 or FX 6 or 8xx when Piledriver is around the corner. Get a temporary CPU, everything else go all out.
