Under $90 Case

Now I love Computers, cooling, and cases. I have shopped around and found a few deals, but I still can't find that overclocking beast of a chassis. I only have 3 things I need, a black and red design (for my Crosshair V formula look), and serious cooling option (H100, water-cooling-loop, stuff like that), and it has to be under 90 bucks.

I like the CM 690ii advanced. It's all black that comes with a blue LED fan in the front, but I'm sure you can find a red LED fan to toss in there. Inexpensive, sleek looking case.
