Upgrade, sidegrade, or not

Thread Starter
I'm getting itchy feet and the tinkering bug again......

Would a move to an i3 2100, 8GB, h61/67/p67 set up (taking my drives and gfx card too) be a worthy move compared to what I have now?

Failing that would another 6850 be a good option to add some extra horsepower?

I'm also eyeing up a newer 775 board on ebay, for not a lot of pennies to extend the life of my system somewhat, whether I land that or not is debateable.

My budget is around £180-£200 ish and ideally I dont want to go over that. Hence why I cant really justify to myself a move to an i5 2500 based system.

Any other suggestions I could consider?

Before anyone says it I know 775 is a dead socket, that doesnt matter to me.

I think getting a p67 with a 2100 would be a worthy move. Then later down the road you have an upgrade path, instead of spending on another 775 board and having no where to go with it.
