CM 690 II Advanced - usb makes my pc turns off

Thread Starter
I don't even put usb in front ports, just touch it and pc turns off. Then I turn on, put usb, this time with no problem, and it all works.
I tried to open and see what's up but can't see cause it's hidden in case. Guy in shop service connected all components, not me.
Thanks

That means that the USB connectors are shorting out.

If you're not comfortable doing simple maintenance on the computer, than take it back to the shop and tell them that the front panel connector is shorting out a connection.
