Need help finalizing build - Page 4

The hard drive you recommended is only 5400, way too slow for a gaming rig like this. Also, I don't think it's a good idea to get a closed-loop watercooler from any company than Corsair. $40 for one just seems... fishy. The 212+ is a great cooler.

And I don't see anything wrong with getting a strong, reliable power supply for $150.

Alright changed to the ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 instead of the z68 extreme 3 gen3
Other than that, is everything fine? Might be buying tonight! smile.gif
Also can someone suggest me good speakers?

I really like my Z623's (got em for $100). This article should help a bit if you're looking into some beefier speakers.

I'd post in the Home Audio forums though if you want advice.

its a 7.2k HDD as far as i know redface.gif cooling ya i can say that but yet its a option for the OP how about

Western Digital's "Caviar Green" series run at 5400RPM, even though it's not specified on the Newegg page.

I wouldn't bother with extra fans. If you find you need them once you finish your rig, it's always easy to order a few cheap ones and install them.

Most modern cases have plenty of airflow, though.
