12mmx4 fans 800d

Im running i new setup, changed from a micro case with the side open to a full sized corsair 800d, im adding 5 new fans, 3 on top a H80 for the cpu with push and pull, what would a good rpm speed be for all of this? im not planning to run super overclocked but maybe just a standard overclock. will 1500rpms be enough?

It's not really a matter of RPM but more of the performance of static pressure and CFM.

then what would you suggest? money isnt really a problem because they are fans... but im going to have the liquid cpu cooler that will be push and pull as a exhaust? or i can mount it uptop and have cold air pull it in...
